What will you learn?

Participants will be part of a twelve week program that will include spending quality time with church leaders, assessments to learn about your personality and leadership style. There are different cohorts that will explore the keys to being successful in 5 different specializations. It's a great opportunity to grow and develop your skills in a supportive community.
